Key responsibilities include: Providing high-quality HR advice and guidance to our clients via video or phone, leveraging research and L&D expertise. Facilitating workshops on talent-related projects for diverse organizations across industries. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients. Qualifications: At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in learning and development, L&D strategy, leadership development, or HR business partnering. Experience in Talent Management, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Metrics & Analytics. Practical understanding of HR operations with strong business instincts. Experience in large or multinational organizations, especially in the US, is an asset. Proven skills in stakeholder collaboration, listening, communication, and critical thinking. Successful facilitation of in-person and online workshops. Strong project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, flexible, and evolving environment. Experience working with sales to generate client demand. Degree or diploma in HR, Psychology, or Business is an asset. Professional designations like CHRL or SHRM-SCP are assets. Willingness to travel (~15%) and qualify for a TN visa.
