Accountivity is hiring!Job Title: Deductions & Dispute Specialist Location:Peel Region, ONJob Type:TemporarySalary:$21.00-$23.00/hourWork Model:In OfficeThis posting is for an existing vacancy.Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for a Deductions & Dispute Specialist to join their team.Position DescriptionManage and resolve customer deductions and disputes in a timely and accurate mannerReview, validate, and submit supporting documentation including invoices, proof of delivery, claims backup, and promotional supportWork directly with retailers, with a strong focus on Home Hardware account deductions and compliance requirementsMonitor aging deductions and maintain detailed dispute tracking recordsIdentify root causes of recurring disputes and recommend process improvementsReconcile customer accounts and ensure proper application of credits and paymentsMaintain accurate records within ERP and deductions management systemsEnsure compliance with company policies and customer requirementsSkills & Qualifications3–5 years of deductions/dispute management, Canadian experienceStrong experience handling Home Hardware deductionsExperience with invoice validation, claims resolution, and dispute managementIntermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPERP system experience including AS 400 and GetPaidStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsIf you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
