About The Role We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Account Manager to join our Consumer Tech & DTC team at Roveir. You’ll partner with Performance Marketing Leads (PMLs) and collaborate closely with our creative and media teams to deliver results that help brands grow. You’ll own client communication, ensure deliverables are met, and translate campaign data into meaningful insights. This is not a media buying role - instead, you’ll focus on relationship management, strategy alignment, and driving client success. You’ll help strengthen retention, identify upsell opportunities, and play a key role in helping our partners scale profitably. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of strong experience in digital or performance marketing agency (required) Confidence in leading client conversations, meetings, and day-to-day communication - you’d likely describe yourself as outgoing, extroverted, and people-focused Experience communicating with clients using Slack, Zoom and other async tools Strong interpersonal and written communication skills — you can make complex data clear and actionable Handle multiple clients at once (required) Sound understanding of performance marketing channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn Knowledge of funnel strategy, creative testing, and performance metrics at various spend levels Experience using ClickUp, Notion, and Slack (or similar project tools) Bonus: experience with DTC, subscription-based, or consumer tech brands What You’ll Do Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Consumer Tech & DTC clients Partner with Performance Marketing Leads to strategize, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns Lead client calls, share updates, and clearly communicate strategy and next steps Coordinate deliverables across creative, design, and media buying teams Support offer testing, landing page optimization, and CRO initiatives Identify and manage upsell and retention opportunities across your accounts Keep projects on track and documentation organized in ClickUp Build long-term client relationships built on trust, performance, and proactive communication Nice-to-Haves Hands-on marketing experience or further education in business, marketing, or communications Familiarity with analytics or attribution tools Experience collaborating across remote teams and multiple time zones Why Work at Roveir We want Roveir to be the best place you’ve ever worked - a place where you learn, grow, and do work you’re proud of.
