About The Role Join the Infrastructure and Operations team, in the Bilingual Release & Environment Project Coordinator (IT Operations) position, where you will work closely with development, product, and operations teams to implement and manage a release management framework that ensures smooth, low‑risk deployments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enabling teams, driving automation, and promoting DevOps best practices across the organization.What You’ll DoDesign and evolve an implementation plan template to help streamline the release processes, ensuring all change management checklist is respected.Coordinate release, scheduling, and execution across cross‑functional teams to align with business objectives.Collaborate with platform, DevOps, infrastructure and security teams to capture risks and dependencies.Build a communication strategy around the releases and implementation.Build comprehensive release documentation, including release notes and training materials to ease adoption.Support compliance and governance by enforcing standards.Conduct post‑release reviews to evaluate success, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.Present changes and releases at change advisory board.What You Should HaveA bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field.
