We’re Hiring: Senior Finance Manager – Commodities & Procurement Our client, Mother Parkers, is looking for a strategic and analytically driven finance leader to join their team in Mississauga. About the Role In this highly visible position, you’ll report directly to the VP Finance, partner with senior leadership, and lead a small team (2 direct reports) to: • Lead financial oversight of commodity costs, procurement spend, and logistics • Provide insights that shape pricing, forecasting, and cost optimization strategies • Recommend hedging strategies and monitor global market trends • Drive KPI development and improve cost visibility across the organization • Influence key business decisions with data-driven analytics What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on commodities and procurement • CPA designation • Strong expertise in commodities, cost modeling, and forecasting • Advanced analytical skills (Excel, ERP, Power BI) • Experience applying AI to financial analysis is a strong asset • Strong change management skills with the ability to drive process and organizational improvements • Proven strengths in business partnering and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders • Demonstrated people leadership experience, with a track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams • Background in manufacturing or CPG preferred Why This Opportunity Stands Out Mother Parkers is a values-driven organization known for its collaboration, innovation, and commitment to quality—from sourcing green coffee to delivering exceptional finished products.
