DESCRIPTION ORAKI INC. is seeking a General Manager to lead all company operations and support its growth across Canada and internationally. The selected candidate will work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure strategic alignment, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Define and implement the company’s strategic vision in collaboration with leadership. Oversee all operations, including production, marketing, customer service, finance, human resources, and day-to-day activities. Ensure financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and KPI tracking. Optimize internal processes to support growth and operational efficiency. Maintain clear and effective communication across departments. Manage relationships with external partners, suppliers, and strategic collaborators. Ensure timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are met. Support the development of new markets and growth opportunities.Actively contribute to brand positioning and long-term vision. PROFILE University degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Five to ten years of experience in a leadership role, ideally within the fashion, textile, or retail industry. Strong team management and leadership experience. Solid understanding of operations and financial management. Proven ability to structure and scale a growing organization. Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize. Inspiring leadership style with a collaborative and people-focused approach. Excellent communication skills in both French and English. Autonomous, proactive, and highly adaptable.
