We are seeking a motivated and client‑focused Personal Lines Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients by providing tailored personal insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, relationship‑driven, and committed to maintaining high professional standards. The successful candidate must possess at minimum a Level 1 Insurance License. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients Assess and analyze clients’ insurance needs to recommend appropriate coverage solutions Market, negotiate, and place policies with a variety of insurance carriers Ensure all client records and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date Deliver prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service to support an outstanding client experience Skills and Experience Minimum Level 1 Insurance License (required) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Applied Epic is considered an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain client relationships Self‑motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Solid understanding of personal insurance products and regulatory requirements Comfortable adapting to new technologies and systems Why Join Cherry Insurance?
