People & Culture Coordinator Pursuit Jasper Pursuit Collection is looking for a full‑time People & Culture Coordinator to work at its Jasper, Alberta locations. The role starts March 3 and is year‑round. It includes a housing allowance and benefits described below. What will you do in this job? Lead and facilitate weekly new hire orientation sessions, including schedule creation, space bookings, and attendance tracking. Assist new employees with new‑hire onboarding, responding to inquiries about tax forms, SINs, and employment verification. Answer questions related to benefits, perks, uniforms, housing, and more. Connect employees with local resources, bus travel bookings, and respond to general inquiries and concerns related to working and living in the Rockies in a timely manner. Create and distribute a series of new‑hire newsletters. Organize and facilitate live Q&A town‑hall sessions via Teams. Send welcome emails to all new team members 10–14 days before their arrival in Jasper. Process purge requests for terminated team members. Assist the Health & Safety team with WCB reporting as needed. Produce employment confirmation letters for active and terminated employees. Create engraved nametags for Front Desk and Maintenance staff across the Jasper properties. Develop team communications for event promotions, volunteer opportunities, and P&C updates; collaborate on newsletters, create posters, and design social‑media posts. Develop a rolling calendar of events for the full Jasper team that are exciting and meaningful. Manage all aspects of event coordination from budgeting, organizing, promoting, executing, and gathering feedback (in collaboration with operations leaders). Manage staff Facebook pages, sharing local events, resources, and company updates. Administrate staff recognition initiatives, such as Peak Awards organization and distribution. Administer attraction and transportation bookings for staff, friends, and family according to policies. Manage the employee corporate ski‑pass program and seasonal pass program annually. Administer the Jasper lodging business and employee post‑office boxes, including collecting and distributing mail. Administer employee change requests (transfers, wage adjustments, promotions, etc.) as part of People & Culture policy support. Create offer letters and transfer letters where required. Assist leadership with employee coaching in accordance with policies, procedures, and employment law. Foster strong relationships with local operations leaders, providing guidance on P&C policies and procedures. Collaborate with marketing, benefits, payroll, and other teams on projects. Collaborate with seasonal business operators’ Employee Experience Coordinators on projects to ensure consistent employee experience. What perks can you expect? Ability to work independently and take initiative. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and experience with HRIS. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines. Energetic, positive, self‑motivated, and passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences. Confident public speaker. Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s licence and clean abstract. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
