We are seeking a Client Service Representative to handle pre‑ and post‑sale customer interaction, quoting, order processing, invoicing, and administrative duties. Primary Responsibilities Pre‑ and post‑sale customer interaction Quoting Order processing Invoicing Administrative duties Job Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals and functions throughout the company Computer proficiency with MS Office applications Ability to read simple CAD drawings Must be logical, organized and have a strong attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to manage relationships with customers, distributors and co‑workers to ensure customer satisfaction High school diploma (secondary education in business or administration is an asset) Experience with SAP is an asset Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000.
