Tool & Methodology Excellence Champion the research tool ecosystem across Publicis Media, driving adoption, deepening methodological expertise, and empowering teams to unlock the full potential of data. Lead the integration of AI‑powered solutions into everyday workflows, designing smarter processes, accelerating efficiency, and elevating the impact of insights across the organization. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Immerse yourself in cross‑agency workstreams, actively contributing to high‑impact client and internal projects while gaining a front‑row seat to integrated strategy in action. Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across teams, bringing forward relevant, insight‑driven perspectives that strengthen media planning and elevate the quality of thinking. Qualifications Bring 6+ years of experience in research and/or media (agency or media owner preferred), backed by a strong academic foundation—combining expertise with a passion for turning data into direction. Deep familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., GWI, Vividata, Numeris, comScore) would be a plus to uncover meaningful insights and guide smarter media and business decisions. Apply advanced analytical and quantitative thinking to decode complex datasets and translate them into clear, strategic recommendations. Demonstrate a strong command of media planning principles and terminology, confidently connecting insights to real‑world activation and impact. Excel in organization and stakeholder management, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining precision and momentum in a fast‑paced environment. Operate with autonomy and initiative—anticipating needs, identifying opportunities, and driving work forward with minimal oversight. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications.
