Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wardrobe Consultant Personal Stylist role based in London, ON. The Wardrobe Consultant Personal Stylist will work directly with clients to assess their needs, lifestyle, and existing wardrobes, providing personalized styling recommendations and outfit planning. Responsibilities include conducting closet edits, curating wardrobe essentials, and creating look combinations that align with the Hangar9 (H9 + 9) = 36 approach. The role involves delivering in-person personal shopping support, coordinating fittings, and preparing clients for events or everyday wear. The Wardrobe Consultant Personal Stylist will also maintain strong client relationships, contribute to sales goals, and collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional, high-touch client experience. Qualifications Strong Personal Styling and Fashion Styling skills, with an eye for fit, proportion, and versatile wardrobe building. Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and tailor services to individual client needs. Background in Image Consulting, including understanding of body types, color palettes, and lifestyle-based wardrobe planning. Comfort with Sales, including recommending products, driving client engagement, and supporting store or service revenue targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and inclusive approach to all clients. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including managing appointments, follow-ups, and styling projects. Previous experience in fashion retail, personal styling, or wardrobe consulting is preferred. Availability to work in person in London, ON, including some evenings and weekends as required.
