Tunnel Mountain Resort is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations. What You’ll Do As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all maintenance operations across guest rooms, public spaces, grounds, and building systems. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll ensure our facilities are safe, well ‑ maintained, and continuously improving. Leadership & Planning Set departmental goals, performance measures, and results alongside the General Manager Prepare and manage operating and capital maintenance budgets Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team through hands ‑ on leadership Support scheduling, payroll, and workforce planning for the department Operations & Guest Experience Coordinate maintenance priorities with all hotel departments to ensure quick, effective resolution of guest and operational issues Organize, track, and deliver preventive maintenance programs and renovation or improvement projects Maintain high standards of appearance, safety, and functionality across guest rooms, amenities, and common areas. Health, Safety & Compliance Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with health & safety programs Maintain safe indoor and outdoor guest areas, including snow and ice management and hazard prevention Oversee daily operation and maintenance of: Boilers and heating systems HVAC and make ‑ up air systems Pool facilities and chemical balancing Plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances What You Bring Previous maintenance management or supervisory experience Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a maintenance team Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast ‑ paced environment Solid working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building systems Pool Operator Certification and electrical or plumbing trades background are assets Physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Clear written and verbal communication skills Results ‑ driven mindset with pride in quality workmanship Clean drivers record with drivers licence At BCP, we offer a comprehensive total compensation package, including perks and benefits designed to support your professional growth and enhance your lifestyle in the Bow Valley.
