Overview Lightspeed is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Manager to join the Transformation Management Office (TMO). This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Transformation and drives the weekly execution across multiple high-priority transformation workstreams as Lightspeed undergoes a multi-year transformation focused on strengthening core growth engines and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with execution experience and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments. Responsibilities Drive high-priority transformation initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring accountability and delivery of measurable outcomes Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear execution plans, ownership, and measurable outcomes Act as the drumbeat behind execution across transformation workstreams, maintaining momentum and ensuring consistent progress week over week Partner with the broader transformation team, workstream leads, initiative owners, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, drive accountability, and unblock critical issues Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and take action to resolve them to keep initiatives on track Track progress against milestones and value targets, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable financial and operational impact Qualifications Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to connect strategy to execution and drive outcomes Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments Bias toward action and ability to drive execution beyond coordination Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and align cross-functionally without direct authority Excellent communication skills, including synthesizing insights and supporting executive decision-making Strong business acumen with the ability to connect initiative progress to broader strategic priorities Fluency in English as a working language (Lightspeed operates globally outside of Quebec) Nice to Have 2-4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or related field Experience on large-scale transformation programs or enterprise-wide initiatives Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other technology-driven environments Benefits Flexible paid time off and remote work policies Equity options Pension plan contributions Training opportunities to grow your skills and career Health and wellness benefits Volunteer time off and community involvement opportunities Employee networks and sponsored activities Equipment to support remote work Enhanced parental leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
