Contract Period: 12 Months Pay Rate: Starting from $38 per hour Location: Toronto, ON Location Type: Hybrid Business Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Job Responsibilities: Organize, influence and manage a portfolio of contracts supporting all aspects of the negotiation of the contract Provide subject matter expertise in the review, negotiation, drafting, implementation and execution of Contracts, primarily IT Contracts Act as an interface between Sourcing, Legal, external vendors and the Business Lines, interfacing at all levels within the organization including Senior Management Experience & Qualification Requirements: Post Secondary Degree 5 to 7 Years of Vendor Management Experience Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, in particular in the area of IT Contracts Strong broad-based understanding of IT Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effectively working with key stakeholders Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated team player who takes initiative and can work independently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with proven time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable and confident communicating at all levels including business partners, Executives and Vendors Demonstrated high proficiency with MS Office suite of products Sourcing coupled with Contract Management Experience Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process.
