Key responsibilities and oversight Lead financial reporting and management reporting for a portfolio of high‑growth software businesses ($20m–$30m net revenue). Collaborate closely with executive leadership, including the Portfolio CEO and CTO, to provide strategic financial insights and challenge assumptions. Support operational efficiency initiatives, including process improvements and analysis. Manage acquisition accounting and purchase price allocation (PPA) processes, supporting M&A activities. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Lead a team of 5–6 finance professionals, including offshore resources. Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and assist in revenue recognition, acquisition accounting, and related technical accounting areas. The company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary and an annual performance bonus. Full remuneration details will be disclosed to all candidates under consideration. The successful candidate will possess the following CPA designation with public accounting experience, ideally within financial reporting, statement preparation, and management reporting. Proven experience in working with IFRS, revenue recognition, acquisition accounting, and M&A integration. Strong leadership skills with management experience managing cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to interact effectively with executive leadership. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment supporting strategic growth initiatives. Experience working with publicly traded companies is preferred but not mandatory.
