Your New Role As Project Manager within the Design & Construction team, you will lead the delivery of capital projects, renovations, and major repairs across restaurant locations in the Greater Vancouver area. Reporting to the Director, Design & Construction, this is a hands-on role combining office-based work with site visits. You will: Deliver end-to-end project execution including restaurant refreshes, renovations, and equipment replacements (HVAC, kitchen, refrigeration) Develop scopes, budgets, and timelines while ensuring efficient delivery with minimal disruption to live operations Collaborate closely with Regional and General Managers to coordinate work in active environments, including after-hours scheduling when needed Manage contractors and trades, drive tender/bid processes, and ensure strong vendor performance Take ownership of project budgets, track spend, control costs, and manage scope changes Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and health regulations, including permits and inspections Partner with Facilities and Maintenance teams to proactively improve asset performance and reduce recurring issues What You’ll Need to Succeed To thrive in this role, you will bring: 4+ years of experience in project management, construction, or facilities Background in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment, and restaurant buildouts Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills Ability to make decisions quickly and prioritize effectively Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Asana, Monday.com) Experience with CMMS platforms (asset) Ability to read drawings, scopes, and quotes Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills What You’ll Get in Return Competitive salary in the range of $70,000–$90,000 (based on experience and skillset) Comprehensive benefits package A dynamic and supportive team environment Opportunity to work on high-impact projects within a well-established and respected organization A varied role with a mix of office and on-site work across Metro Vancouver
