Sales & Client Relationship Coordinator Job ID: 87439Location: Lethbridge, Alberta What you will be doing: Timely coordination of renewals and support contract follow-up Disciplined support of proposal and commercial document development Centralized visibility and coordination of client‑care requests Strong CRM hygiene, stage integrity, and data accuracy Reliable reporting and commercial visibility Reducing administrative and follow‑up burden on the sales team Supporting a more consistent and scalable customer communication model Disciplined adherence to Asyma’s sales, renewal, CRM, and client‑care processes Renewal and Existing Customer Commercial Support Own renewal coordination and inside sales outreach to existing customers Support support‑contract renewals, commercial follow‑up, and internal renewal visibility Track renewal opportunities and ensure they are not left unattended Support customer communication related to renewal timing, information gathering, and coordination Help create a more disciplined recurring revenue motion for the company Proposal and Commercial Support Support proposal development using requirements gathered by Sales Consultants Assist with organizing scope input, commercial details, document packaging, and supporting proposal artifacts Draft and format proposals, renewal documents, customer‑facing letters, and related commercial documents to the company standard Support commercial change orders and expansion opportunities during active projects Help ensure supporting proposal and commercial documents are complete, accurate, professional, and on brand Client Care and Centralized Support Coordination Support the development and day‑to‑day operation of the company’s centralized client‑care model Act as a central intake and coordination point for customer support requests that come through shared communication channels Help ensure customer requests are acknowledged, categorized, routed, and tracked in a visible and consistent way Coordinate internally with consultants and team members so support requests do not drift or remain hidden in personal inboxes Help reinforce the standard that customers are served through the company’s central communication model rather than through informal “my client” ownership patterns Maintain visibility of open customer requests and follow up where acknowledgement, routing, or closure is delayed Support a more consistent and scalable post‑stabilization support experience for customers CRM Hygiene, Stage Integrity, and Commercial Visibility Own CRM data accuracy, stage integrity, and pipeline cleanliness Ensure renewal opportunities, customer touchpoints, proposal status, and commercial follow‑up are entered accurately and consistently Identify missing information, stale opportunities, stage drift, duplicate records, or weak pipeline hygiene and help correct them Help maintain CRM as a trusted source of commercial truth for the sales team and leadership Support invoice input and related sales administration activities where applicable Produce weekly sales and marketing performance reports Support leadership visibility into pipeline health, renewal activity, and commercial follow‑up discipline Team and Cross‑Functional Support Support Sales Consultants and the Head of Sales by reducing administrative drag and improving follow‑through Work in coordination with marketing, finance, sales, and consultants to support clean commercial and customer‑care execution Help surface gaps, stalled items, missing information, or communication breakdowns before they become larger process issues Support a high‑trust, low‑drift commercial and client‑care environment by keeping work visible, current, organized, and properly routed What you must have: Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, business development coordination, account coordination, customer care coordination, or similar commercial support role preferred Strong organization, discipline and follow‑through Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong written drafting ability for proposals, renewal documents, and customer‑facing commercial materials Comfort working in CRM systems and maintaining accurate, structured records Ability to manage multiple follow‑ups, deadlines, and competing priorities without drift Ability to work inside a structured process and maintain stage and data discipline Professional, customer‑friendly communication style Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail Comfort supporting renewals, proposals, CRM hygiene, and customer communication coordination Ability to work independently while staying aligned to team process and expectations Salary/Rate Range: $50,000.00– $60,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
