Based in Toronto, ON, this position blends strategic leadership with hands-on project management to drive meaningful change in the healthcare landscape. Responsibilities Manage large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk projects related to healthcare initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and integrated plans. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders regarding Health Human Resources (HHR) programs. Oversee operational tasks and workflows for assigned health workforce projects. Must Haves Master's degree preferred or Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 7 years of experience in non-profit, healthcare, and/or government sectors. Experience managing projects in a leadership role. Experience managing stakeholder relationships. Desired Skills Strong understanding of Project Management principles. Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (or similar) CRM System. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite applications (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Proficient at identifying risks and issues and developing solutions to maintain project timelines. Broad knowledge of the Ontario healthcare system. Experience working in a health human resources-related role. PMP certification is strongly preferred. Deliverables Support the launch and implementation of several Health Human Resources incentive programs. Ensure project deliverables are tracked, coordinated, and reported regularly. Assist in meeting urgent timelines through operational support and leadership. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work up to three days onsite in Toronto, ON, subject to management's discretion. Candidates must have a strong background in public sector experience and be prepared to contribute to a team committed to excellence in healthcare project management.
