In this role, you will lead recruitment delivery across an assigned portfolio of roles and partner closely with hiring managers to shape effective hiring approaches, clarify talent needs, and support confident hiring decisions. You will bring practical market insight, sound judgement, and a consultative approach to help attract and assess talent aligned with business needs. You’ll be part of a globally connected Talent Acquisition team that works across regions to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on hiring approach, and develop effective role profiles and candidate briefsLead end-to-end recruitment activity across your portfolio, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, assessment, and offer executionBuild and maintain candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels to meet current and future hiring needsProvide practical advice, market insight, and candidate recommendations to support informed hiring decisions and realistic expectationsGuide hiring managers on recruitment processes, standards, and best practices to support consistent, high-quality hiring outcomesCoordinate interviews and assessments, gather feedback, and help maintain momentum and alignment through the hiring processSupport recruitment campaigns and targeted hiring initiatives aligned with employer brand and business prioritiesBuild strong understanding of business priorities to align talent acquisition activity with workforce needs and hiring plansIdentify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring effectiveness within the portfolio you supportChampion inclusive hiring practices and support diverse candidate slatesWhat You’ll Bring To The TeamAbility to attract, assess, and recommend talent with sound judgement and a business-focused approachStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence hiring decisionsClear communication skills and confidence providing practical advice and recommendationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently across a varied portfolioStrong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance pace, quality, and stakeholder expectationsA client-focused approach and commitment to a positive hiring experienceAdaptability in a changing environmentUnderstanding of talent markets and the ability to align hiring approaches to business needs and prioritiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder professional services environmentExperience partnering with hiring managers on role scoping, candidate assessment, and hiring decisionsFamiliarity with talent acquisition systems, sourcing tools, talent market research, and platforms such as Oracle Cloud Recruiter and LinkedIn RecruiterGHD is an equal opportunity employer. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
