We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer with specialized SAGD expertise to promote process technologies and support the expansion of our market services Summary The Wireline Logging Maintenance Engineer would be responsible for solving equipment problem, technical supports and training promotion etc. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of major Wireline logging tools and equipment. Collect pertinent data and complete analysis reports among other duties. Responsibility:Complete the repair and maintenance of Wireline Logging tools and equipment in accordance with the requirements of the system and maintenance manual. Arrange the daily maintenance jobs, and be responsible for safety of maintenance; Make monthly and annual schedule for maintenance job. Keep in good communication with wellsite, know the status of equipment, provide the technical support (go to location if necessary) to solve problem, assist on-site engineers to perform instrument testing as needed. Be responsible for organizing in equipment introduction, development, modification, inspection and technical evaluation etc. Maintain tools and equipment according to standard procedures, discover and eliminate hidden dangers in equipment promptly and accurately, and report to superiors in a timely manner any hidden dangers that are difficult to deal with. Comply with various workshop rules and regulations, use various tools correctly, and ensure safe production. According to the system requirements, carefully fill in various maintenance records and file them. Lead and coach junior and intern maintenance engineers in their work Complete the acceptance of imported and domestic equipment and accessories in accordance with the acceptance standards. Prepare relevant technical bulletins and notices for faults that occur. Responsible for identifying QHSE risks in this position, participating in emergency plan drills, and receiving training on quality, occupational health and safety, and environment-related knowledge. Be familiar with and abide by the laws and regulations, regulatory provisions, industry codes and international treaties, rules and standards related to the responsibilities of this position, as well as the company's articles of association, rules and regulations and compliance obligations, perform your job responsibilities in compliance with the law, receive compliance training, and assume responsibility for the legality and compliance of your own actions. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders. Experience & Skills:Experience in the repair and maintenance of Wireline logging tools and equipment. Candidates with degrees in Measurement & Control Technology and Instrumentation, Electronic Engineering, Automation or related disciplines will be given priority. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Demonstrates strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality. Deep knowledge of relative advanced technology equipment and the key process of work. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience with training others.
