What You’ll Be Doing Lead and inspire a team of Supervisors and Adjusters handling commercial casualty claims Provide hands‑on coaching, guidance, and technical expertise to support effective claims handling Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring service excellence and timely file management Monitor key performance metrics, including file pendings and operational efficiency Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflows, systems, and processes Support reserve adequacy through ongoing coaching and file oversight Play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and developing top talent Conduct performance reviews and provide meaningful, ongoing feedbackAct as a senior escalation point for complex claims and client concerns Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service delivery What You Bring 10+ years of experience handling Commercial Casualty claims 5+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams CIP designation (or near completion) with the ability to obtain licensing across Canada Strong business acumen with a focus on service excellence and client satisfaction Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable working with data, metrics, and evolving systems Why This Role?
