Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Rally Product Support professional with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background in scripting, particularly Python, and experience working with REST APIs. The ideal candidate will be adept at integration workflow automation, data synchronization between Jira Cloud and Rally using Connectall, and possess strong problem‑solving skills. This is a full‑time contract position based in Montreal, requiring onsite presence three days a week, with relocation assistance available. Key Responsibilities Automate and configure workflows and data synchronization jobs between Rally and Jira. Develop scripts to extract data from various IT systems (PPM+, ServiceNow) and generate reports. Ensure the uptime, performance, reliability, and scalability of the Rally product. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to integration between Rally and Jira. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to onboard business squads and Fleets to Rally. Required Qualifications Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and programmatic interaction. Experience in API integration between IT Systems. Proficiency in working with JSON and other data formats for API communication. Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with Rally, Jira, and Connectall for data synchronization and workflow automation. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile teams in Atlassian JIRA.
