If you like owning outcomes and moving fast, you’ll feel right at home.As our Senior Specialist, AI GTM Automation, you will:Design and build AI-driven workflows and agents across the GTM stack, from inbound lead handling to outbound automationIntegrate systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and data enrichment toolsPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into scalable solutionsRapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI initiatives based on performance and return on investmentDrive adoption of AI tools across GTM teams by enabling and educating stakeholdersContribute to initiatives such as conversational AI, account intelligence, and personalization at scaleQualificationsStrong understanding of GTM systems, including sales, marketing, and revenue operations ecosystemsHands-on experience with APIs, automation tools, and data workflowsFamiliarity with Salesforce and common GTM platformsProven ability to ship solutions and measure their real-world impactWhat will make you stand outExperience with AI agent frameworks or workflow automation tools (e.g., Relevance AI, Zapier, n8n, Clay)Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and move from problem to solution quicklyStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsSharp prioritization skills and good judgment on what to build (and what not to)Bias for action and curiosity to design workflows and capabilities that workDo you think you can bring this role to life?
