Apple's Sales organization is looking for a Technical Consultant to join their team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a home office, field sales role that puts you at the intersection of technology and business — acting as a trusted advisor to some of Apple's largest enterprise customers and channel partners across Canada. In this role, you will: Deeply understand customer and partner organizations and ambitions, and be seen as a trusted advisor on Apple hardware, software, and services. Work collaboratively across Apple, channel partners, and customers to remove technical barriers and friction points to enhance readiness for the Apple platform. Deliver the technical enablement strategy and execute readiness initiatives to integrate Apple into customer environments and partners' product and service offerings. Regularly assess and communicate the strength and efficiency of partner capabilities. Leverage every engagement as an opportunity to enable partners to learn Apple's messaging or best practices. Provide pre-sales technical expertise to partners on new business opportunities, sharing status and progressing them through to closure. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales consultative role spanning IT infrastructure, networking, security, or enterprise technology solutions Hands-on knowledge of multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS Strong pre-sales experience, including qualifying, overcoming objections and obstacles, and closing business in collaboration with channel partners Expertise in building and delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, and seminars Ability to build, maintain, and strengthen high-level customer and partner relationships Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Strong experience engaging and enabling channel partners to drive joint sales outcomes Strong understanding of IT enterprise architecture, with a focus on end user computing environments and solutions Experience deploying Apple technologies into enterprise IT environments, including device management, integration with existing infrastructure, and end user adoption Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally and manage complex relationships Pay $129,000 – $247,700 CAD annually. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments, as well as relocation.
