This role will work cross-functionally to provide actionable insights, develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and support continuous improvement of forecasting and analysis processes.This role will be based out of Delta, BC and reporting to the Head of FP&A Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor and business partner, providing clear financial insights, decision support, and strategic recommendations that improve outcomesDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that link operational performance to financial results, helping teams understand business drivers and trendsLead monthly forecasting and variance analysis processes, explaining performance drivers and identifying risks and opportunitiesSupport the development and coordination of the annual budgeting and long-range planning processesIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline financial and business processes, enhance reporting accuracy and improve efficiencyContribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) process as needed, providing financial context and analysis to support demand and supply planningProvide ad‑hoc financial support, leading special projects to support strategic initiatives and business requirements as requiredQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent working experience (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred)Minimum 5 years experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related analysis roleStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and clear business narrativesHighly skilled Excel user, developing scenario analysis and financial modellingStrong analytical ability with attention to detail and strategic contextExcellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple deliverablesGoal oriented and continuous improvement focused, proactive and comfortable working in dynamic high-growth environmentsProven track record of process improvement, automation, and optimizationHighly collaborative and able to work effectively across different functions and levels of the businessPreferred SkillsExperience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other relevant ERP systemsExperience in agriculture, manufacturing, or CPGExperience building and maintaining dashboarding through Power BI or similar visualization toolsKnowledge of Power Query for data transformation and automationWhy RubiconCanada’s leader in premium, certified organic cannabis.Fast‑growing company with real momentum and opportunity to make an impact.Collaborative, high-ownership team that values accountability, speed, and continuous improvement.Direct visibility into results, with opportunities to learn and contribute across multiple functions.Quality‑driven culture in a dynamic scale‑up environment.Base salary of $85K–$100K plus annual performance bonus and phone stipend.Comprehensive medical and dental benefits after three months.Flexibility through a hybrid schedule 3 days in our Delta office.Dog‑friendly office because great teams include four‑legged coworkers too!#J-18808-Ljbffr
