This is a senior-level opportunity for a technically strong, client-facing leader who thrives in complex, multi-disciplinary environments and is ready to take ownership of projects from concept through completion.This role is ideal for a seasoned architect or architectural project manager who combines design sensitivity with strong delivery expertise, contract administration experience, and business development acumen.Role Overview The Project Manager will lead architectural-prime and multi-disciplinary projects through all phases, including design development, documentation, tender, and construction administration. Acting as the primary client contact, this individual will represent the firm in all routine project matters and provide leadership to internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership and Technical OversightLead the design and technical development of projects in collaboration with internal architecture and engineering teamsManage drawing and specification production across all phases (SD, DD, Tender, IFC)Coordinate sub-consultants and multi-disciplinary teamsOversee submissions and approvals with Authorities Having JurisdictionLead quality assurance processes and coordinate with the stamping architectSupport BIM, detailing, specification development, and technical mentorship across teamsContract AdministrationAdminister CCDC contracts (including CCDC 2, 5A/B, 14, 30)Lead construction phase communication, RFIs, submittals, change documentation, and site reviewsReview payment applications and issue certificates for paymentPrepare field reports, deficiency reviews, and substantial performance documentationFinancial and Operational ManagementDevelop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, and financial forecastingMonitor percent complete and coordinate invoicing with accounting teamsManage construction budgets in collaboration with quantity surveyorsBusiness DevelopmentSupport proposal development and fee preparationParticipate in client presentations and interviewsMaintain and strengthen client relationships while identifying future opportunitiesLeadership and MentorshipLead internal project teams and align delivery with design intent and client objectivesContribute to practice standards and integrated design cultureMentor emerging professionals in design, technical, and project management areasOpportunity to grow into a formal Team Lead role with performance management responsibilitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or related field10+ years of architectural project management experienceExperience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projectsOAA licensure and/or PMP designation considered an assetStrong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and relevant Canadian standardsDemonstrated expertise in contract administrationStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationshipsThis is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking design collective known for its collaborative culture and commitment to elevating communities through thoughtful, integrated design.For a confidential discussion, send your resume and project list to or #J-18808-Ljbffr
