The Search, Supervisor is a strategic leader responsible for the flawless execution and long-term growth of complex paid search portfolios. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, acting as the primary strategic voice for clients and a mentor for junior team members. You are expected to be an expert on your clients' business objectives, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and leveraging advanced tools - including scripts, rules, and the Omni platform - to drive performance. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical excellence, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of accuracy and impact. Key Responsibilities Strategic Client Leadership: Lead client calls and presentations, answering complex strategic questions on the fly. Build deep-rooted trust by acting as an expert on the client's business, priorities, and industry landscape. Advanced Campaign Oversight: Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from flawless setup and targeting to post-campaign reporting. Autonomously write high-impact ad copy and implement advanced bidding strategies with little to no assistance. Performance & Optimization Engineering: Independently diagnose performance shifts and implement sophisticated optimizations (SQRs, bid adjustments, landing page tests). Leverage automation, scripts, and rules to improve account efficiency and scale results. Team Mentorship & Quality Control: Assist in the professional development of junior staff through coaching on both technical skills and soft skills. Responsible for the QA (Quality Assurance) of ad copy, campaign setups, and reporting produced by the wider team. Financial & Project Governance: Oversee the entire finance process, ensuring budget pacing is optimal across campaigns and partnering with junior members to resolve billing discrepancies. Manage personal deadlines while ensuring the team stays on track. Measurement & Tracking Strategy: Apply a thorough understanding of conversion tracking methodologies (mid-funnel vs. low-funnel) to ensure measurement aligns with specific campaign objectives and business outcomes. Desired Skills & Experience Search Platform Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and Google Ads Editor. Demonstrated ability to use Google Keyword Planner and Trends to build robust account plans. Technical Innovation: Ability to use technical levers like scripts and automated rules to enhance performance. Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of presenting complex data insights to senior stakeholders. Leadership & Collaboration: Strong ability to foster collaborative relationships with internal planning teams, partner brands, and external media vendors. Analytical Thinking: Proficient in analyzing large data sets to draw high-level conclusions. Ability to understand the "cause and effect" of performance metrics and their impact on the overall media strategy. Organizational Mastery: Highly developed organizational skills with an obsessive attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving. Advanced Toolset: Mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and workflow/budgeting tools such as Prisma and Asana. Minimum 5 Years experience working in platform.
