Job Title: Contract Conformance Specialist (CCS) IV Location: Calgary or Edmonton, AB Work Schedule: Hybrid work model: Mon, Tues, Thurs in office / Weds, Fri from home Our client is seeking a Contract Conformance Specialist (CCS) IV to join their team. As a Contract Conformance Specialist (CCS) IV, you will be part of the project management and contract administration teams supporting large-scale capital projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day sourcing and conformance activities for contractual arrangements related to capital projects. Manage all phases of contract administration, documentation, and communication to ensure contractual obligations are met. Prepare RFX documents, define project scope, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop technical requirements. Lead the evaluation, review, and negotiation of contracts with potential contractors, ensuring compliance with governance standards. Coordinate contract close-out procedures, maintain documentation, and support compliance audits throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction, law, or related field, or an associate degree with at least 10 years’ experience managing major engineering and construction contracts. Proven expertise in interpreting and administering contractual terms and conditions. Strong collaboration skills across departments and stakeholder engagement at all levels. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Oracle, and SharePoint applications.
