Medical and Regulatory Affairs Location: Mississauga, ON (On‑site position) Responsibilities Drive the development and execution of Real‑World Evidence (RWE) Strategy and Evidence & Insights Generation Plans (EIGP) across all therapeutic area portfolios. Report to the Head of Medical and Regulatory Affairs and be a member of the Medical and Regulatory Leadership Team. Manage a team of three direct reports: set priorities, coach performance, and build RWE capabilities. Lead and manage local studies, including RWE, clinical, and observational investigator‑sponsored studies (ISS). Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—key opinion leaders, RWE vendors, and global counterparts—to develop and implement innovative RWE solutions. Scout and evaluate novel real‑world data sources and methodologies to enhance insights and decision‑making. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, Novo Nordisk policies, and quality standards. Provide training and education on real‑world evidence and clinical data sources as needed. Qualifications PhD, Master’s, MD, or PharmD degree in a healthcare‑related field (e.g., health economics, epidemiology, outcomes research, public health, biostatistics, medicine, biomedical sciences). Strong knowledge and experience in designing innovative trials and real‑world evidence studies. Good knowledge of healthcare data and applications, pharmaceutical industry, and clinical research. Experience as a people manager with direct reports. Excellent collaboration skills and proven success working in a cross‑functional and matrix environment. What We Offer Salary: Annual base salary ranges from \$159,230 to \$209,230, with additional short‑term and/or long‑term incentives based on role level and performance.
