Leading and supervising indoor and outdoor activities, including games, arts and crafts, and group challenges. Following pre-planned activities while adapting to weather, camper interest, or unexpected changes. Ensuring the safety and well‑being of all campers, including monitoring for potential hazards. Managing camper routines such as snack and lunch times, ensuring all dietary restrictions and allergies are respected. Maintaining organization and cleanliness in program spaces and equipment. Communicating clearly with campers, fellow staff, and supervisors to provide a positive, welcoming environment.
