Manager/Senior Manager, Strategic Revenue & Growth Management (Bangkok, relocation provided) Agoda is a global travel technology company founded in 2005. Role Summary We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven leader to manage Agoda’s global marketing investments. In this role you will own a global P&L, bridge high‑level financial targets with detailed marketing execution, and define our global market strategy. You will lead a high‑performing team and use machine learning and predictive analytics to solve pricing and loyalty challenges that change by the hour. Key Responsibilities P&L Stewardship: Drive marketing investment strategies to meet Finance P&L targets while balancing short‑term volume with long‑term margin optimization. Strategic Growth Strategy: Define and execute Agoda’s global growth roadmap, identifying market opportunities and responding to competitor moves in real time. Investment Orchestration: Coordinate marketing spend across all digital channels (Performance, Brand, Meta) to ensure a cohesive and efficient global footprint. LTV & Unit Economics: Own and refine our definition of Lifetime Value (LTV) and use these insights to shift the business toward high‑value customer acquisition. Forecasting & Modeling: Lead business forecasting to predict market shifts and proactively adjust investment levels. Cross‑Functional Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Product, Finance and Supply to align and execute cross‑functional initiatives. Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of rigorous experimentation and “get‑things‑done” ownership. Experience & Skills Analytical Rigor: Excellent ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business strategies. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. Commercial Acumen: Strong background in Revenue Management, Forecasting, Pricing, or Growth Equity. Understand how marketing levers impact the bottom line. Strategic Mindset: Experience defining 1–3 year growth strategies in a global, fast‑paced e‑commerce or OTA environment. Product Exposure: Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and technical product development; can speak the language of engineers and data scientists. Leadership: Experience hiring and coaching high‑potential talent in a multicultural, high‑pressure environment.
