CRM Data & Analytics Lead Toronto, hybrid This is a 12 month fixed term employee contract. Job Purpose This role is part of our Global Studios team. We create emotive yet conversion‑focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper‑personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients. As a CRM Data & Analytics Lead, you will manage, analyse, and interpret customer data within a CRM system (Bluecore) to drive marketing, sales, and retention strategies. You will create reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity, segment audiences for campaigns, and provide actionable insights to improve customer experience and business growth. What You’ll Do Data Analysis & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs such as customer engagement, sales pipelines, churn rates, and campaign performance. Data Integrity & Management: Clear, de‑duplicate, and maintain CRM data accuracy, ensuring high‑quality data for targeting. Customer Segmentation: Segment audiences for marketing campaigns to improve targeting and ROI. System Optimization: Configure CRM workflows and train users to maximise system adoption and efficiency. Strategic Insights: Analyse consumer behaviour to identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and improve retention. What You Bring Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and CRM platforms (e.g., Bluecore, Salesforce, HubSpot). Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present data clearly. Ability to interpret complex data, apply statistical methods, and translate findings into business actions. Strong communication skills to work with marketing, sales, and IT teams. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 CAD. Salary is based on relevant experience, expertise, and organisational impact.
