Ensures the merchandise is properly signed and priced. Adheres to standards and policies for cold‑chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell‑by dates, and expiration dates. Adheres to food‑safety and handling procedures and follows sanitation and cleaning procedures. Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels. Ensures the department is fully stocked and ready for business. Follows Health and Safety guidelines. Stocks merchandise/picks, downstocks if applicable, applies product protection when required, sets/gives modulars, including flex modulars, and sets new shelf caps.
