Sr. Client Delivery Manager – Hitachi Solutions | Toronto (Remote) About the Role Hitachi Solutions is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Manager (CDM) to lead portfolio-level delivery across multiple clients. This role is accountable for delivery excellence, client outcomes, and financial KPIs, acting as the single point of accountability for portfolio health, escalation, and governance. You will oversee up to ~15 concurrent clients, partnering with Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure consistent execution of the delivery operating model. The CDM serves as the escalation point for challenging client situations, driving remediation and maintaining executive-level situational awareness. Key Responsibilities Provide portfolio-level leadership across ~15 accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction Establish exception-based oversight cadence to manage KPI deterioration, delivery risks, and compliance gaps Lead difficult client situations, reset expectations, and align remediation plans Own portfolio-level governance, risk, and escalation management Oversee project profitability, revenue forecasts, invoicing readiness, and margin health Ensure compliance with operating models, governance artifacts, and KPI hygiene Drive corrective actions and “get to green” remediation for troubled projects Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and delivery scalability Candidate Requirements Strong stakeholder management and executive-level client presence Proven experience in client management, delivery operations, or multi-project governance Ability to influence delivery leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in escalations and recovery conversations Experience working across geographies and distributed delivery models is an asset Compensation and Benefits Salary: $135,000–$180,000 CAD per year Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life insurance and disability programs Retirement savings with company match Paid time off Location Remote – Toronto, ON.
