The role: We are looking for an experienced Strategic Partner Manager who will be responsible for the growth of partner accounts. The office situation: We're a hybrid company. All employees are based in Montreal where we have our office and can choose to work remotely for part of the week. The hiring process: The last step is a paid pilot project. Your time is valuable, we don’t intend to abuse it. The main responsibilities Source sales opportunities from partnerships you develop and own. Will have a target and commission for deals sourced. Sourcing, launching and scaling technology partnerships. Partner enablement, activation and co-selling (for owned partners). Host joint events and/or webinars with partners. Build and maintain communication strategies with key contacts in partner companies. The experience we need We don’t believe in adding 10 requirements just to fill a job posting. Strong ability to develop relationships and collaborate with a wide variety of profiles (product, marketing, sales) inside and outside of the organization. Experience with partnerships of any kind (channel, strategic, integration, etc) - ideally in the collaborative work management space. A deep understanding of a technology sales cycle. Has developed partner collaterals and delivered enablement sessions. Good understanding of the main channels for B2B commercialization. Strong spoken & written English. Other skills that will be valued Collaborated with Product teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. Experience with some of the tools we integrate. A first experience with the Unito app (you can try it for free, go check it out!) Ability to communicate in French (or desire to learn!) The range: Our ideal seniority level: intermediate to senior (level 3-5 in our leveling system) The corresponding salary range: $100,000 to $160,000 base + 30% commission.
