Build and maintain strong relationships with consulting engineers, OEMs, contractors, distributors, and end users. Engage engineering and project stakeholders early in the design phase to support product specification. Identify new business opportunities and manage complex technical sales cycles from initial engagement through project completion. Develop technical proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and account activity within CRM systems. Represent the company at customer meetings, project sites, and industry events. Provide technical guidance on ventilation, air movement, air curtain, and energy recovery product solutions. The experience you bring: Engineering degree or equivalent technical background in HVAC, ventilation, or mechanical systems. 7+ years of technical or outside sales experience in HVAC, mechanical equipment, or related industries. Experience managing specification-driven or OEM sales environments. Strong ability to build relationships with engineers, purchasing managers, and project stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
