About the team and the role CRM Seller Programs team is a critical team within Global Marketing / Global CRM, focused on driving engagement with and growth of our B2C sellers. In this role, you will support the key seller landing page experiences and the overall content strategy, in line with the B2C seller narrative. You will also be responsible for supporting our onboarding portfolio strategy design and delivery cross‑channels. You will support Local teams and initiatives through the CRM channels, being responsible for designing the marketing strategy and plans as well as its executions and optimization. What you will accomplish Implement the broader contact strategy across our seller portfolio, especially focused on Onboarding portfolio and Emerging sellers. Bring to life the onboarding portfolio through a consistent channel mix strategy, message and landing experience. Support Local initiatives (like AI Activate), by creating the marketing strategy that best aligns with the goals, drive end‑to‑end execution, reporting and optimization. Engage with local stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication on plan progress, requirements, performance, and optimization opportunities. Optimize existing evergreen/always‑on campaigns and align to the current B2C CRM goals. Drive the UEP technology connection across our team, collaborating closely with the Enablement and UEP teams. Additional Details The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: C$85,600 - C$114,300. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
