Job Description We are looking for a highly technical individual who is passionate about manufacturing and product development, and who can turn a creative idea into a concrete, optimized, production-ready product. This person will be responsible for all technical aspects of the product, from design to production, ensuring smooth execution at every stage. Responsibilities Translate creative concepts into concrete, feasible technical solutions Develop comprehensive, accurate, and detailed technical specifications (tech packs) Define optimal manufacturing methods for each product Recommend the right materials, constructions, and finishes based on the product’s intended use and positioning Work closely with designers to ensure the technical feasibility of products Follow up on samples with suppliers and make necessary corrections Analyze prototypes, identify issues, and propose technical solutions Oversee product development from start to finish Ensure quality control for products in development and production Validate standards for quality, fit, and durability Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to optimize costs, quality, and timelines Document and organize technical information to ensure overall consistency Qualifications Degree in fashion design, garment technology, or equivalent 2 to 3 years of experience in product development or technical drafting in the fashion industry Excellent knowledge of garment construction techniques and manufacturing processes In-depth knowledge of textiles, their properties, and performance characteristics Proficiency in technical specifications and production standards Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and Google Sheets Exceptional attention to detail and meticulousness An analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex technical problems A strong passion for manufacturing, well-made products, and quality Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Independence, a sense of responsibility, and being a team player Excellent communication with internal teams and suppliers Fully bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written TO APPLY Please send your resume and samples of technical work (if available) to #J-18808-Ljbffr
