Insight Global is looking for an HR Analyst II to provide day-to-day operational payroll and year-end tax support within a large corporate environment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll data, supporting complex payroll scenarios, and delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage year-end processes, expatriate payroll activities, audits, and executive-level payroll support. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in Canadian payroll compliance within enterprise HR systems. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3–4 years of overall experience in payroll, HR operations, or a related analytical role. Strong working knowledge of Workday, particularly payroll reporting and year-end processes. Experience with report reconciliation and payroll data validation. Strong knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial payroll regulations, with exposure to U.S. payroll requirements. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation or currently working toward completion. Experience supporting expatriate or globally mobile employees. Background working in a large enterprise or financial services environment. Previous experience in banking or highly regulated industries.
