This internal position supports our next‑generation AI products. Responsibilities Provide L1–L2 technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues. Document incidents and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support teams when needed. Assist with onboarding new users, account setups, and access permissions. Requirements 1–4+ years in IT Support / Help Desk / Service Desk. Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, basic networking, and common business applications. Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Freshservice.
