Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the business-side execution of the DEVSIT project—a strategic divestiture involving the sale of 130+ branches and the transition of clients and employees to First Citizen Bank. This high-impact role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive complex workstreams to completion under tight timelines. Responsibilities Lead the business-side planning and execution of the DEVSIT project, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Manage the offboarding of 750+ commercial clients, including coordination with offshore teams and internal stakeholders. Stand up and oversee the client offboarding workstream, ensuring readiness for Labour Weekend transition. Collaborate closely with First Citizen Bank and internal teams to ensure seamless migration and product transitions. Supervise product analyst activities across Treasury, Payables Revenue (Pay.rev), and Payables Finance (Pay Finance). Monitor technical workstreams and ensure business-side deliverables are aligned with tech progress and dependencies. Navigate ambiguity and funding constraints with flexibility and initiative, driving progress despite limited resources. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders. Champion a proactive, solution-oriented mindset across the team to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in banking, financial services, or large-scale transformation. Mergers and Acquisitions/Divestment project experience. Proven track record of leading divestitures, client transitions, or complex operational change programs. Strong understanding of commercial banking products, especially Treasury and Payments. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with offshore teams and cross-functional collaboration.
