The selected candidate will provide strategic leadership and direction for global EHS programs, working closely with regional teams, project leaders, and executive stakeholders. This role will oversee incident management, emergency preparedness, training, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and international standards. This position requires a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership capability, and global stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of global EHS strategies, policies, and programs to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Oversee incident response, investigations, and corrective actions, acting as a senior point of escalation for critical events. Establish and maintain global emergency preparedness and response frameworks, including coordination with external agencies. Provide leadership and direction to regional EHS teams, ensuring consistency in standards, performance, and reporting across all regions. Monitor safety performance metrics, conduct audits and site inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across global operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in EHS leadership roles within industrial, energy, or construction environments. Strong knowledge of global EHS regulations, standards, and best practices, including experience working across multiple jurisdictions. Proven experience leading incident investigations, risk assessments, and large-scale safety programs.
