Role Description This is a full-time role for a Vice President, Infrastructure & Energy Investment Banking. The Vice President will lead the end-to-end execution of project finance, capital raising and M&A advisory mandates, serve as the primary day-to-day client contact on live transactions, and play an active role in business development and origination. They will manage and mentor a team of Analysts and Associates, coordinate across legal, technical, and financial advisors, and contribute to the firm's market positioning in the Infrastructure & Energy sectors. The Vice President will work closely with senior leadership to drive mandate delivery and support the growth of the platform. An undergraduate degree in finance, business, or other relevant fields; MBA or CFA designation is an asset 7–12 years of experience in infrastructure and energy investment banking, project finance, private equity, or transaction advisory Demonstrated track record of executing complex infrastructure and/or energy transactions from mandate through financial close Hands‑on experience with energy transition and renewable energy transactions in North America Established or developing network of relationships with sponsors, lenders, and institutional investors active in the Infrastructure & Energy space Proven ability to serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior counterparties Direct experience managing and mentoring junior professionals across live, concurrent transactions Exceptional financial modelling skills, including complex project finance models, with the ability to direct and review junior output Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or bilingual required); Spanish or French language skills are a strong asset given the firm's global platform This role is based in Toronto with a flexible hybrid arrangement and travel expected in line with transaction activity.
