Responsibilities (English) Support our clients in their business and technology transitions Provide guidance and support to Finance and IT clients in their financial consolidation and budgeting processes Assist users and ensure the overall proper functioning of applications Develop and configure HFM and Hyperion Planning applications and components Advise clients on business and technology best practices Enhance applications based on client requests Make structural data changes when required Conduct application testing Define and develop business rules Ensure calculation rules in Hyperion function properly and optimize them as needed Maintain the integrity and completeness of databases in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Planning (HP) Continuously optimize and improve application processes for greater performance and propose new initiatives Participate in upgrade and implementation projects Follow established operational processes and contribute ideas for improvement Update documentation during process changes or project phases Maintain the Hyperion (HFM & HP) user list and manage access according to established rules Develop and update reports, forms, and calculation rules in HFM and HP as needed Participate in various projects, including Hyperion upgrades Qualifications (English) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA, CFA, or in progress toward one of these titles, or a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS/B.A.A. IT profile), or an IT profile with finance and accounting experience Understanding of financial consolidation and budgeting/strategic planning concepts Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) Asset: Previous experience with EPM products such as Oracle Hyperion Asset: Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA, Python, or Jython Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to the nature of the role, which involves interactions with national and global clients Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Autonomy, initiative, and rigor in task execution Strong organizational skills Sense of responsibility Responsibilities (French) Accompagner nos clients sur leurs transitions business & technologiques; Accompagnement et support de nos clients Finance et IT dans leur processus de consolidation financière et de planification budgétaire; Soutenir les utilisateurs et veiller au bon fonctionnement général des applications; Développement et configuration des applications et composants HFM et Hyperion Planning; Conseiller les clients dans les meilleures pratiques business et technologique; Évolution des applications au regard des demandes clients; Effectuer les changements de structures de données lorsque nécessaire; Effectuer des tests sur les applications; Définition et développement des règles d’affaires; S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des règles de calculs dans Hyperion et veiller à optimiser celles‑ci au besoin; Veiller à maintenir l’intégrité et l’intégralité de la base de données dans Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) et dans Hyperion Planning (HP); Chercher à toujours optimiser et améliorer les processus de l’application afin d’atteindre une performance accrue et proposer des initiatives; Participer aux projets d’évolutions ou d’implantation; Suivre les processus opérationnels établis et être force de proposition pour les améliorer; Mettre à jour la documentation lors des changements de processus ou lors de projets; Maintenir la liste d’usagers Hyperion (HFM & HP) et donner les accès selon les règles établies; Développement et mise à jour des rapports, formulaires, règles de calculs au besoin dans HFM et HP; Participer à différents projets incluant la mise à jour d’Hyperion; Qualifications (French) Baccalauréat en comptabilité, CPA ou CFA ou en cours d’obtention d’un de ces titres ou Informatique de Gestion (B.A.A profil TI) ou profil TI ayant une expérience en finance et comptabilité; Compréhension des concepts de consolidation financière et de planification budgétaire et stratégiques. Aisance à travailler avec la suite Office, Excel, Word, Power Point et Access; Atout: Avoir déjà travaillé avec des produits EPM type Oracle Hyperion HFM; Atout : Maîtriser les langages suivants: VBA, Python ou Jython; Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis pour ce poste en raison de la nature du rôle nécessitant des interactions avec des clients nationaux et mondiaux.
