The firm’s expertise includes Phase I and II ESAs, contaminated site remediation, emergency spill response, hazardous building materials assessments, air quality monitoring, and environmental permitting support. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage environmental consulting projects: Phase I-III ESAs, EIAs, remediation programs, hazardous materials assessments, and site closure activities. Plan and oversee field investigations involving soil, groundwater, vapour, sediment, and surface water sampling programs. Analyze environmental and geotechnical data, prepare technical reports, project scopes, budgets, and client deliverables, and provide guidance on regulatory compliance and permitting requirements. Work closely with clients, regulators, laboratories, contractors, and internal teams to support project execution, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development and proposal efforts. QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Environmental, Civil, Geological, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Geoscience, or a related discipline from an accredited Canadian university. P.Eng or P.Geo, or eligibility for registration with a provincial association. 3+ years of experience in environmental consulting, engineering, or related technical work, ideally within Atlantic Canada. Experience with ESAs, remediation, field investigations, monitoring programs, and corresponding environmental regulations and permitting processes. Strong technical writing, project coordination, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with tech/reporting tools such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, ArcGIS/QGIS, Power BI, and/or gINT. Experience with hydrogeology or hydrogeological/groundwater assessments or related field operations would be a valuable resource. #J-18808-Ljbffr
