Senior Project Manager - Power Projects As a Senior Project Manager , you will play a key role in delivering complex power projects across Eastern Canada and beyond. Projects will vary in size and complexity and can include scope in any or all of the following disciplines: Substations, Transmission Lines, Distribution, and electrical studies. You will work with a diverse WSP project team to coordinate and manage the projects in all aspects and phases. You will be responsible to monitor and control the project progression to ensure all your projects are completed successfully. Maintaining and enhancing customer relationships are key to securing repeat work from our customers. You will be expected to support project proposals and some business development initiatives. This position will be located within one of our Greater Toronto Area offices, ideally in Toronto. Your Impact Support in managing proposals on different opportunities including proposal team assembly, Go-No-Go process, proposal drafting and finalization, and estimation. Manage existing and new Power projects for multiple clients and across different disciplines (Substations, Transmission Lines, Distribution, Electrical Studies). Manage project budgets, forecasts, and monthly cost reporting. Manage the program KPIs and report on them regularly. Facilitate project communication across engineering, construction, procurement, and client teams. Contribute to quality assurance by reviewing deliverables for compliance and accuracy. Support contract administration, change management, and procurement activities. The Skills That Set You Apart Engineering degree (P.Eng. designation preferred) or technical diploma; PMP certification is considered an asset. 15+ years of progressive project management experience in the Utilities industry. Expertise in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in project controls, scheduling, contract management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. A collaborative leader who thrives in complex, multidisciplinary environments. Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities. Exceptional communicator in written and spoken English; Bilingual (French/English) is a plus. Compensation BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $147,500 – $195,400 MB & ON: $134,600 – $184,600 Atlantic Provinces & QC: $133,200 – $176,900 The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
