You excel at active listening, hand-holding clients through digital transformations, and breaking down technical concepts into business value .Key Responsibiliti esBusiness Analysis & Architectur e: Own the discovery phase for Toronto and North American mid-market clients, mapping current-state gaps to NetSuite best practice s.NetSuite Configuratio n: Hands-on configuration of core NetSuite modules, custom forms, fields, and workflows tailored to specific industry vertical s.UAT & Validatio n: Guide clients through rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to secure workflow validation and system readines s.Go-Live Managemen t: Drive execution during the cutover and Go-Live phases, ensuring operational continuity for the clien t.Adoption & Suppor t: Deliver engaging user training and post-go-live optimization support to ensure deep system adoptio n.Requirements & Qualificati onsExperien ce: 2–5 years of direct, hands-on experie nce implementing, configuring, or consulting on NetSu i te.Educati on: University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or equivale nt.Domain Knowled ge: Strong grasp of corporate accounting principles (GL, AR, AP). A CPA asset/background is highly valu ed.Consulting Poli sh: Prior experience in consulting or a highly visible client-facing environment. You are an extroverted problem-solver who enjoys building client relationshi ps.Communicati on: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French bilingualism is not a requirement for this specific positio n).Mobili ty: Open to traveling to client sites within Canada and the USA when project deployment requires it.
