Coordinate BIM/VDC services across multiple building projects. Develop and set clear expectations for team members, providing mentorship and coaching on best practices and career development. Master various project delivery methods (Design-Build, PPP, etc.). Write and review BIM management and execution plans per ISO 19650. Implement and oversee the BIM process and ensure continuous development. Promote a learning environment and innovation in the construction field. Organize tasks, ensure quality and deadlines, and report to the Innovation Manager. Qualifications An educational background in construction engineering, civil engineering or architecture or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in work coordination, BIM project management in the construction industry and resource management. Skilled in software such as Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revizto, BIMTrack, ESRI ArcGIS, and Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Project/Primavera tools). Mastery of the fundamentals of a common data environment (CDE) and the IFC and openBIM file formats. Good technical knowledge in building mechanics and construction.
