Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: Quebec City, QC, CA, G1P 3S8 Requisition Number: Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Skills / Qualifications Required : Meet all provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. This includes holding a valid, full, unrestricted driver's license before the first day of employment.
