Role Summary Reporting to the VP of Project Governance Office, the Agile Delivery Manager mentors multiple Agile teams and oversees the end‑to‑end delivery of products or services using Agile methods. The role facilitates sprints, stand‑ups, and other Agile ceremonies across teams to drive alignment, remove impediments, and enable continuous delivery of valuable increments that delight customers.Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching teams on Agile practices, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring team members.Enabling alignment across multiple teams and ensuring cohesive delivery.Removing impediments and resolving bottlenecks to keep teams productive.Tracking dependencies and work in progress to identify and address bottlenecks in end‑to‑end flow.Managing risks and trade‑offs, making tough decisions on priority conflicts to deliver maximum business value.Developing and communicating consolidated Agile portfolio level updates to the Senior Executive Team and other key stakeholder groups.Required QualificationsUniversity degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.Product Owner certification.3+ years of experience working in Agile teams, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.Certifications such as PMI‑ACP, Advanced Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master II (asset).Leadership experience coordinating multiple teams with diverse skill sets.Experience guiding teams through conflict resolution and change.Excellent grasp of Agile values, principles, and practices, including facilitation of Sprint Planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and reviews.Financial services experience and/or Canadian Securities Course or Canadian Investment Funds Operations Course is an asset.Desired SkillsCoaching and mentorship skills to guide Agile teams through transformation and optimization.Ability to influence without authority and lead through servant leadership.Technical expertise in architecture, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and modern engineering practices.Passion for continuous improvement and ability to optimize delivery workflows.Outstanding communication, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills.Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.Knowledge of various Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira.High emotional intelligence and self‑awareness.Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package designed to support your success today and your financial well‑being tomorrow.
